“No Time to Waste”
On October 5th, 2025, Daniel Boyle and his buddy Xander headed up to rural Wyoming for a 3-day elk and mule deer combo hunt. With Xander having a license for an elk, the plan was to start for elk and try to tag a mule deer on different ground afterwards. After striking out on elk the first day and a half, the pair made the decision to split up to double their chances. Daniels first sit was uneventful, seeing lots on antelope but no mule deer..
After a tip from another group hunting in the area, Daniel made a move on a small group of mule deer that had been spotted close by early that morning and was able to harvest the largest of the group.
Trips like these, whether successful or unsuccessful, make some of the best memories to be shared with family and friends.
On October 27th, 2025, while 8 months pregnant with her second child. Hailey was able to wrap up her 2025 bow season with a buck she called "Lenny". A deer she watched grow into this unique buck from nubs, through velvet and chasing through the Ohio rut.
After watching young bucks and many does that afternoon, with only 15 minutes left of the hunt, Lenny walked into the plowed bean field a stood quartering away at 28 yards. She was able to make a heart shot and watched him hit the dirt from her ladder stand.
This is a story she can share with her son in the years to come. He was with her every step of the way! A passion a family will forever enjoy together.
"It's hunts like these we will remember forever."
On November 15th, 2025, AJ Simpson was going to skip the afternoon hunt due to battling a migraine but something was telling him he needed to be in the stand. As he was headed to the stand he had also shut his fingers in his vehicle door, nothing was going as planned and the hunt seemed over before it even started .
With only a half hour left of shooting light, AJ had seen nothing but a small fawn. AJ decided to to let out a few grunts and a rattle sequence to end the hunt. Moments later, Two bucks from opposite directions with purpose met up under the stand. AJ was able fill a tag on a buck with an 11 yard shot, dropping the buck he had watched grow the previous 3 seasons.
A few days later, AJ went back to the same stand he had rattled in his buck and harvested a large doe to end his 2025 season.
"I only hunted four times this season."
